Welcome to the 2026 Summer Earn and Learn landing spot for all your internship matching and placement needs! Professional Contract Services, Inc. (PCSI) is the SEAL 2026 partner responsible for guiding you through the internship matching process. We at PCSI will help you and your parent/guardian match you to a worksite that fits your abilities, interests, availability, and transportation needs, while also considering the employer’s needs and location. We will also work with your TWC-VRS Counselor (VRC) to help find you the support you need in your role.

Coaching
Work Experience Trainers (WET), commonly referred to as job coaches, may be available to provide support and guidance during your internship. Availability and level of support may vary depending on your individual needs and counselor approval. If you are interested in receiving WET services, please discuss this with your VRC.
Timeline
Each internship cohort is 5 weeks long. Any extension of internship time is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on employer availability, business needs, and the intern’s overall job performance and attendance.
Opportunity
Some interns who excel in their roles may be considered for employment opportunities at the end of their internships. While some interns do receive job offers, employment is not guaranteed and opportunities may vary by location and availability.
Monitoring
PCSI also oversees worksite monitoring for the SEAL program. During your internship, a PCSI team member will visit your jobsite to check in with you and your employer to ensure things are going well and that expectations are being met. If any concerns arise, we will work to provide support or connect you with someone who can help.

Accessible Workplace
Students may enroll in Workplace Readiness Training to build soft skills for workplace success. Job Coaches may also be available to support students during their work experience. Please contact your TWC Counselor for more information.
